Privacy & service policies
These pages describe the proposed terms for personalized websites made by Vedakkodi. Please contact us if anything is unclear before paying or sharing media.
How your content is handled
Photos, messages, audio and video are used to prepare the website you order. We do not sell your content or use it in advertising or public samples without your permission. Only the team members working on the order should handle the supplied content.
Your delivered website is accessible to anyone who has its web address or QR code while hosting is active. It is not password protected. Please avoid sending highly sensitive information, and only share media you have the right and permission to use.
After the website hosting period ends, the page is taken offline. Working copies of supplied media should be deleted within 30 days after expiry. If you need an earlier deletion, contact us. Content shared with messaging or hosting providers may also be subject to their own terms.
Packages, payments and delivery
Mini Memories costs ₹599, Signature Memories ₹999, and Premium Memories ₹1,499. A 50% advance confirms the order and starts work. The remaining 50% is due after you approve the preview and before we send the final live link and QR code.
We confirm the scope, payment amount, and delivery date before work begins. Standard delivery is within 10 days after we have received both the advance and all required content. Premium orders receive priority; the expected delivery date is confirmed before payment.
Revisions and extra requests
Each package includes the number of revisions shown on the pricing page. A revision is a reasonable change to the agreed layout or the supplied text and media. New sections, substantial changes in direction, or content beyond package limits are outside the included revisions. We will explain any extra cost and get your approval before doing that work.
Cancellation and refunds
If you cancel before personalized work begins, your advance is refunded. Once work has begun, the advance covers the work already started and is not refundable. If Vedakkodi cannot complete an order, we will refund the amounts paid for the undelivered service. Once you approve the preview and final delivery is completed, payments are not refundable for change of mind. These terms do not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Hosting and expiry
Hosting begins when the final website is delivered. Mini Memories stays online for 7 days, Signature Memories for 30 days, and Premium Memories for 90 days. At the end of that period, the page is taken offline. Extensions may be available by arrangement; confirm the price and new expiry date with us before the current period ends.
